Instructions

Drizzle olive oil over the rye bread slices and cook them in the air fryer at 180 degrees for about 6 minutes, until crisp.

Halve the avocados, remove the stones and skins, and mash the flesh with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the eggs in the air fryer and cook at 150 degrees for about 8 minutes for soft boiled, about 10 minutes for medium boiled or about 12 minutes for hard boiled.

Place the eggs in cold water after cooking to stop the heat. Peel the eggs.

Serve the crisp rye bread with avocado mash, eggs and finely chopped chives.

Tips & tricks
