Instructions

Mix milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt and honey in a bowl.

Whisk well until the cocoa powder is completely dissolved.

Add the chia seeds while whisking so they distribute evenly.

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.

Stir thoroughly again to prevent lumps.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until the pudding has a thick and creamy consistency.

Stir the pudding lightly before serving.

Top with coarsely chopped dark chocolate just before serving.
