Instructions

Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones.

Scrape out a little of the avocado flesh to make more room for the eggs.

Crack one egg into each avocado half.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook in the air fryer at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes, or until the egg has the desired consistency.

Top with finely chopped chives, chili flakes and a little extra salt and pepper before serving.
