Instructions

Mix Airfryer Spice Mix and sunflower oil into a marinade.

Rub the marinade well into the meat.

Let the meat marinate in the fridge for up to 2 hours if you have time.

Place the meat in the air fryer.

Cook first at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Lower the temperature to 100 degrees and cook for another 50 to 60 minutes.

Check the core temperature with a meat thermometer. The meat should be removed at about 55 degrees for pink roast beef.

Let the roast beef rest before serving.

Cool the roast beef completely before slicing thinly if using it as sandwich meat.

Tips & tricks

Cool the roast beef completely before slicing it for sandwiches. Cold meat is firmer and gives thinner, neater slices.
