Finely chop the shallots.
Mix ground beef, shallots, cream, potato starch, egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper into an even mixture.
Shape medium sized meatballs with damp hands.
Cook the meatballs in the air fryer at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes, until cooked through.
Peel the potatoes and boil until tender.
Drain the water.
Stir in butter and cream to make smooth and fluffy mashed potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Stir in flour and let it become lightly golden.
Gradually add beef stock and cream while stirring.
Bring to a boil and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes and creamy sauce.
