Instructions

Finely chop 2 garlic cloves and mix them with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cut the chicken into even pieces and coat it well in the marinade.

Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or longer if you have time.

Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.

Place the skewers in the air fryer and cook at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and nicely colored.

Melt the butter and mix in finely chopped garlic, grated Parmesan, lemon juice and finely chopped parsley.

Brush the Parmesan butter over the hot chicken skewers just before serving.

Tips & tricks

If using wooden skewers, soak them before use. This makes them less likely to scorch in the air fryer, especially at high temperature.
