Instructions

Heat the oven to 175 degrees.

Add rice, butter, salt and milk to an ovenproof dish.

Stir lightly so the rice is evenly distributed in the milk.

Place the dish in the middle of the oven.

Bake the rice porridge for about 1.5 hours, until the rice is tender and the porridge has thickened.

Stir the porridge gently before serving and check the consistency.
