Clean the gem lettuce and carefully separate the leaves.
Rinse the lettuce leaves and dry them well so they stay crisp.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices or sticks.
Halve the avocados, remove the stones and cut the flesh into slices.
Heat a large frying pan well over high heat and melt the butter.
Cook the reindeer meat quickly in two batches, 1 to 2 minutes per batch, so the meat gets a seared surface.
Season with salt and pepper near the end of cooking.
Fill the lettuce leaves with warm reindeer meat.
Top with avocado and cucumber, and serve right away.
