Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
Save some of the pasta water before draining the pasta.
Whisk eggs and grated Parmesan together in a bowl.
Fry bacon until crisp in a large pan.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Add the hot pasta to the pan with bacon and bacon fat.
Stir in the egg mixture while mixing quickly.
Add a little pasta water until the sauce becomes glossy and creamy.
Top with more Parmesan and freshly ground pepper before serving.
