Instructions

Finely chop the shallot.

Add ground moose meat, shallot, salt, freshly ground pepper, potato starch and egg to a bowl.

Mix the meat mixture well until even.

Shape the mixture into four equal burgers.

Heat butter in a frying pan over high heat.

Cook the burgers for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until well browned and cooked through.

Stir together sour cream and lingonberry jam.

Season the lingonberry sour cream with salt and pepper.

Warm the brioche buns lightly in the frying pan.

Assemble the burgers with moose burger and lingonberry sour cream.
