Wash and dry the baking potatoes.
Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with flaked salt.
Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil.
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 200 degrees for about 60 minutes, until tender.
Fry the bacon until crisp and cut or break it into smaller pieces.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise and press them gently so they open.
Top the potatoes with bacon, corn and grated cheese.
Gratinate in the air fryer at 190 degrees for about 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
