Instructions

Tear the cooked lamb into even pieces.

Mix the meat with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Place the meat in the air fryer basket in an even layer.

Cook at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes, until heated through with lightly crisp edges.

Shake the basket halfway through cooking.

Cut cherry tomatoes, shallots and gem lettuce.

Stir together sour cream, Greek yogurt, ketchup, sriracha, smoked paprika, lemon juice, finely grated garlic, dried oregano and salt into a sauce.

Warm the whole grain wraps briefly.

Fill the wraps with lamb, vegetables and sauce.

Serve right away.
