Instructions

Brush the chicken breasts lightly with sunflower oil.

Sprinkle Airfryer Spice Mix over the chicken and rub it in lightly. Let the chicken sit for 30 minutes before cooking if you have time.

Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer and cook at 200 degrees for 12 to 16 minutes. Turn the fillets halfway through cooking.

Check the core temperature with a thermometer if possible. Remove the chicken when it reaches about 66 degrees, so the temperature can rise to about 68 degrees while resting.

Let the chicken breasts rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
