Tips & tricks

Use a very hot grill or pan and a short cooking time. This gives the tuna a nice surface without turning it gray and dry all the way through.

Did you know?

Tuna handles short, intense grilling well because the fish is often served raw or pink in the center. High heat gives a seared crust without drying out the middle, while avocado salad adds fat, acidity and freshness. Lime, chili and coriander make the dish light and summery.
