Instructions
Cut the entrecôte into steaks of about 200 g.
Brush the meat with sunflower oil.
Season well with salt and pepper.
Cook the rice in water with salt according to the package instructions.
Grill the steaks over high direct heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until the desired doneness. A core temperature of about 58 degrees gives medium steak.
Let the meat rest before slicing.
Finely chop shallot, chervil, chives and green chili.
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, shallot, chervil, chives and green chili into a sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let the sauce sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Serve the grilled steak with rice and herb sauce.
