Instructions

Cut the ginger into smaller pieces.

Cut away the peel from the lemon and limes, and cut the fruit into pieces.

Add ginger, lemon, lime, water and honey to a food processor or blender.

Blend until everything is well crushed and mixed.

Strain the drink through a fine sieve.

Pour the ginger drink into a clean bottle and store it chilled.

Shake the bottle before serving.
