Did you know?

Rhubarb has fresh acidity and a short season, which makes syrup a good way to preserve its flavor. The pink color and tangy profile work especially well in summer drinks, lemonade and simple desserts. When rhubarb is cooked with sugar, you get a concentrated base that is easy to use.
