Instructions
Cut rhubarb into slices.
Wash the lemons well and cut them into slices.
Add rhubarb, lemon and water to a large pot.
Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Strain the mixture and pour the liquid back into the pot.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Bring to a boil again.
Cool the cordial and pour it into clean bottles.
Serve cold with ice cubes.
