Add Easter liqueur, lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker without ice.
Shake well for 10 to 15 seconds so the egg white foams.
Add ice cubes to the shaker.
Shake again until the drink is cold.
Strain into a low glass.
Serve right away.
