Instructions
Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over high heat and melt butter in the pan.
Cook the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes more, until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest.
Cook the pasta in well salted water until al dente.
Melt butter in the pan and add finely chopped garlic. Let the garlic cook for about 1 minute without coloring.
Add cream and Parmesan. Bring to a boil and let the sauce simmer until lightly thickened.
Season the sauce with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Fold the pasta into the sauce.
Slice the chicken and serve it over the pasta. Grate a little extra Parmesan over before serving if desired.
