Instructions
Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Cut the cod fillet into even pieces.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour into an even roux.
Gradually add milk while whisking, until you have a smooth white sauce.
Season the sauce with ground nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Place macaroni, cauliflower and cod in an ovenproof dish.
Pour over the white sauce and top with grated cheese.
Bake the gratin in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
