Chili Burger with Camembert, Onion and Tomato

Instructions

Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, sugar and finely chopped pickles into a dressing.

Season with salt and pepper.

Slice red onion and chili.

Cook onion and chili in butter over medium heat until glossy.

Slice the tomato and fry it lightly on one side.

Finely chop chili for the burgers.

Mix the beef mince with salt, freshly ground pepper and finely chopped chili.

Shape the mixture into equal sized burgers.

Fry the burgers over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Place sliced camembert on the burgers near the end of cooking.

Let the burgers rest briefly.

Toast the burger buns lightly.

Assemble the burgers with dressing, burger, camembert, onion, chili and tomato.
