Gently reheat the cooked lamb in a frying pan or oven until warmed through.
Warm or toast the brioche buns until lightly golden.
Cut the tomatoes, red onion and cucumber into thin slices or small pieces.
Toss tomatoes, red onion and cucumber with lemon juice and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread sour cream on the burger buns.
Fill the buns with warm lamb and the vegetable mixture.
Serve the burgers right away.
