Instructions

Sprinkle half of the Airfryer Spice Mix over the chicken thighs and rub the seasoning in lightly.

Let the chicken sit for 30 minutes if you want more flavor.

Lightly whisk the eggs with the rest of the spice mix in a bowl.

Place breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.

Dip the chicken thighs first in the egg mixture and then in breadcrumbs, coating them well.

Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer with some space between each one.

Cook at 190 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until the coating is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.

Check with a meat thermometer if possible. The chicken thighs should reach at least 75 degrees at the bone before serving.

Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
