Add brown sugar, honey, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, pepper, cumin, salt, dried oregano and finely chopped garlic to a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until the mixture starts bubbling.
Let it simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Let the BBQ sauce simmer for another 5 to 6 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Brush the pork chops with sunflower oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Grill the chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side over direct heat.
Brush the chops with warm BBQ sauce towards the end of grilling.
Serve with the remaining sauce on the side.
