Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
Add half of the milk and whisk to a smooth batter.
Whisk in the rest of the milk, the eggs and melted butter until the batter is free of lumps.
Peel the bananas. Mash half of them with a fork and stir the mashed bananas into the batter.
Slice the remaining bananas thinly.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt a little butter in the pan.
Place a few banana slices in the pan and pour batter over them. Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side.
Cook the rest of the pancakes in batches, adding a little butter to the pan between each batch.
