Instructions

Add Aperol, lemon juice, frozen mango, ice cubes and orange juice to a blender.

Blend into a smooth and thick slush.

Pour the mixture into a large glass.

Top with prosecco just before serving.

Stir gently once and serve right away.

Tips & tricks

Top with prosecco just before serving. If the bubbles are blended from the start, the drink loses much of the freshness.
