Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Add half of the milk and whisk to a lump free batter.
Add the rest of the milk, melted butter and eggs.
Stir well.
Let the pancake batter rest for about 30 minutes.
Melt a little butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour small ladles of batter into the pan.
Cook the pancakes until the top has set and the underside is golden.
Flip the pancakes and cook briefly on the other side.
Serve with butter and light syrup.
