Instructions

Add amaretto, lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup to a shaker without ice.

Shake well for 10 to 15 seconds so the egg white foams.

Add ice cubes to the shaker.

Shake again until the drink is cold.

Strain into a low glass.

Serve right away.
