Instructions

Cut the tuna into thin slices with a sharp knife.

Stir together soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice and honey into a simple ponzu.

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes.

Cut yellow tomatoes into pieces.

Finely chop shallot, chili, cilantro and ginger.

Gently toss mango, tomato, shallot, chili, ginger, cilantro and olive oil together.

Season the mango salsa with salt, pepper and a little lime.

Serve the tuna with mango salsa and ponzu.
