Tartlet Shells with Skagen Shrimp Salad

Instructions

Finely chop shallot, dill and chives.

Coarsely chop the shrimp lightly so they still keep some texture.

Place the shrimp in a bowl.

Fold in sour cream, mayonnaise, shallot, dill and chives.

Squeeze over lemon juice to taste and stir gently.

Season with salt and pepper.

Chill the Skagen shrimp salad for 15 to 20 minutes.

Fill the tartlet shells with Skagen shrimp salad just before serving.

Top with a little extra dill or chives if desired.
