Brie Cream with Olives and Honey

Instructions

Remove the rind from the brie and cut the cheese into smaller pieces. Peel the garlic.

Add brie, garlic and cream to a bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until completely smooth.

Season carefully with flaked salt.

Spread the brie cream evenly over a large plate or serving dish using the back of a spoon.

Scatter the green olives over the cream. Drizzle honey over the top and finish with fresh thyme, finely chopped chives and a little flaked salt.

Serve the brie cream at room temperature with bread or crisp crackers.

Tips & tricks
