Instructions

Toast the sesame seeds lightly in a dry pan if you want a nuttier flavor.

Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice and honey into a sauce.

Heat a frying pan or use a kitchen torch.

Quickly sear the outside of the tuna so it gets a cooked surface but stays raw in the center.

Cut the tuna into thin slices.

Arrange the tuna on a plate.

Pour over the sauce.

Top with sesame seeds and finely sliced spring onions.
