Instructions

Cut the tuna into small, even cubes with a sharp knife.

Finely chop shallot, chives, capers and ginger.

Stir together white wine vinegar, olive oil, wholegrain mustard and lime juice.

Fold in shallot, chives, capers and ginger.

Gently fold the tuna into the dressing just before serving.

Serve the tuna tartare right away.
