Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix room temperature butter, finely chopped garlic and finely chopped parsley.
Spread the garlic butter on the bread slices.
Place the bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until the bread is golden and crisp.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Finely chop shallot and basil.
Grate a little lemon zest and squeeze out lemon juice.
Mix tomatoes, shallot, basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season the tomato salad with salt and pepper.
Place the burrata in the center of a platter.
Spoon the tomato salad around the burrata.
Serve with freshly baked garlic bread.
