Spread butter on one side of both slices of white bread. Place one slice butter side down on a board.
Arrange thin slices of brie on the bread and spoon the blueberry jam over the cheese. Add the rest of the brie and top with the second slice of bread, butter side facing out.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and place the toast in the pan. Cook on both sides until the bread is golden and crisp.
Lower the heat and let the toast cook a little longer, until the brie has melted. Serve the toast warm.
