Instructions
Stir the fresh yeast into lukewarm water in a baking bowl.
Add olive oil, wheat flour and salt.
Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 18 equal pieces and roll them into buns.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with top and bottom heat.
Bake the rolls in the middle of the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Cool the rolls on a wire rack before serving.
