Instructions
Toast the sourdough bread on the grill or in a grill pan until golden and crisp.
Lightly rub one side of the garlic clove over the bread while it is still warm.
Mash the avocado in a bowl with lemon juice, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise if you want a creamier texture.
Spread the avocado cream on the bread slices and top with peeled shrimp.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and a little freshly ground pepper. Serve with lemon on the side.
