Instructions
Boil the potatoes until tender and let them cool.
Boil the eggs for 6 to 8 minutes, depending on how firm you want them. Cool, peel and cut into wedges.
Blanch the green beans quickly in boiling water and cool them.
Cut tomatoes, cucumber and red onion into pieces or slices.
Stir together olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, finely chopped garlic and sugar into a vinaigrette.
Heat a frying pan with one tablespoon of the olive oil from the vinaigrette.
Sear the tuna for about 20 seconds on each side, so it gets a browned surface and stays pink in the center.
Cut the tuna into slices.
Arrange gem lettuce, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, capers, eggs and tuna on a platter.
Drizzle over the vinaigrette just before serving.
