Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the top off each garlic bulb so the cloves are slightly exposed.
Brush the garlic with olive oil and sprinkle with flaked salt.
Wrap each garlic bulb in aluminum foil.
Bake the garlic in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes, until the cloves are completely soft.
Let the garlic cool slightly before squeezing the cloves out of the skins.

Tips & tricks
Roast several garlic bulbs at the same time if you like. The finished cloves can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days and stirred into aioli, butter, mash or warm sauces.
