Instructions

Cut rhubarb and strawberries into pieces.

Add rhubarb, strawberries, sugar and lemon juice to a saucepan.

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes so the fruit releases liquid.

Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Let the jam simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring regularly.

Skim off any foam that forms on top.

Pour the jam into warm, clean jars once it has thickened.

Cool and store chilled.
