Add flour, salt, dry yeast, olive oil and water to a stand mixer.
Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 3 to 4 pieces.
Roll or press the dough pieces into thin pizza bases before topping them with your preferred sauce, cheese and toppings.
