Instructions

Add pistachios, sugar and vanilla sugar to a food processor.

Blend until the pistachios are finely ground and the mixture starts to come together.

Stir in vanilla custard and cream.

Mix until you have a thick, smooth and spreadable pistachio cream.

Keep the cream cold until use.

Tips & tricks
