Instructions

Rinse the mustard seeds quickly in cold water.

Drain off the water.

Add mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar, sugar and water to a small saucepan.

Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Let the mustard seeds steep in the brine while cooling.

Transfer everything to a clean jar.

Refrigerate and preferably let the seeds steep for a few hours before using.
