Instructions
Wash the pears and cut off the top and bottom.
Slice the pears very thinly.
Arrange the pear slices on a platter.
Stir together olive oil, honey, lemon juice and wholegrain mustard into a dressing.
Crumble blue cheese over the pears.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and arugula.
Pour the dressing over just before serving.
