Instructions

Cut the cabbage into 8 equal wedges.

Place the cabbage in an ovenproof dish.

Distribute butter over the cabbage.

Squeeze over lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Turn the cabbage halfway through cooking.

Serve the cabbage warm, preferably with chili flakes and a little soy sauce if using it for Asian dishes.
