Instructions

Melt the butter and stir it together with the oats.

Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and airy.

Sift in the baking powder.

Gently fold in the baking powder together with the oat and butter mixture.

Stir until evenly mixed.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Place small spoonfuls of batter on the tray with good spacing, since the cookies spread.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes, until the oat lace cookies are golden brown.

Let the cookies cool on a wire rack until crisp.
