Mix flour and butter together into a crumbly texture.
Add ground almonds, egg and sugar.
Work the dough together until smooth and pliable.
Grease the sandkake tins thoroughly.
Press the dough gently and evenly into the tins in a thin layer.
Place the tins on a baking tray.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly golden.
Cool the cookies on a wire rack before carefully removing them from the tins.
