Instructions
Peel the rutabaga, carrots and almond potatoes. Cut everything into even pieces.
Boil the rutabaga and carrots in one pot of water until tender.
Boil the almond potatoes in a separate pot until tender.
Drain the water from both pots.
Mash the rutabaga, carrots and potatoes together to your preferred texture.
Stir in butter and cream.
Season the mash with salt and pepper before serving.
