Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda in a large bowl.
Add kefir and melted butter.
Stir until you have a smooth and lump free batter.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the sheet pan and spread it evenly.
Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for about 50 minutes, until cooked through.
Cool the cake completely.
Melt the butter for the frosting.
Stir melted butter with icing sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa and strong coffee into a smooth frosting.
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
